Damaged Goods:
DO NOT REFUSE OR RETURN DAMAGED GOODS! YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
UPS Shipments: When merchandise is discovered damaged after opening, call UPS for an inspection report and require UPS to return the item to us.
Undamaged Goods:
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange, subject to the following:
(1) No returns without prior authorization. Please email service@rugtags.com to giving notice of a return item and providing your contact phone number. Our representative will contact you to make arrangements for the return shipment. Or you may leave a call back message on our contact phone number, and our representative will return your call at the earliest opportunity. We thank you for your patience with this procedure. (2) Goods must be in new condition and in the original package.
(3) No refund until returned goods are received by us in satisfactory condition.
(4) All sales are final after 60 days from purchase date.
(5) Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
(6) All sales for Custom Work are final. No returns will be accepted for custom work performed.
